We offer two shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment

- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return and exchange process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- All original tags and labels must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Cosmetics products
- Feminine Care products
- Opened Dental Care products
- Opened Face Wipes

How to Return an Item

Step 2: Receive Return Instructions
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive an email with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping address for returns

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please pack items securely in original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Once received, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when completed.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or defective products.
Exchange Policy
- We’ll ship your replacement once we receive and process your return
- If exchanging for a higher-value item, you’ll pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower-value item, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
